Hotel Angedras offers its guests the possibility to book a shuttle service to Maria Pia Beach. The shuttle service is free of charge for guests who book their stay directly through our official website.
Maria Pia Beach is largely a free public beach, but guests can also choose among several wellequipped private beach clubs, all offering bars, sun loungers, umbrellas and all the services needed to enjoy a relaxing day by the sea.

The Hermeu beach club is fully equipped to welcome guests with disabilities: in addition to a convenient walkway that runs through the entire facility, it is equipped with a special beach wheelchair that makes access to the sea easier.

Shuttle service to the beach

Angedras Hotel offers its guests a shuttle service to Maria Pia Beach, located 2 km from the hotel along the Lido of Alghero. The shuttle service to the beach is available all over the summer season and it is guaranteed at least once a day, going in the morning and coming back in the afternoon. Along the beach guests can find several bathing facilities, all equipped with bathrooms, showers, bars and boats to hire.
The shuttle service to the beach is available from 1 May and it is free for direct bookings.

The beaches of Alghero

Maria Pia, Le Bombarde, Il Lazzaretto, Torre del Porticciolo, Porto Ferro: the choice of beaches on which to enjoy sun and sea in Alghero is almost endless!
Vast stretches of soft white sand, wild hidden bays protected by rocky promontories and Mediterranean vegetation, pebble beaches in front of an emerald sea, crystal-clear water ideal for swimming or simply for splashing about, large pine woods offering shade and refreshment during the summer heat.
And in the background, the picture-postcard blue sea, with different shades of intensity and colour, that bathes the entire coast of Alghero.

Stretch out on a sunlounger in one of the over 20 well-equipped bathing establishments (on almost all the main beaches) or seek out secluded corners and hidden bays in which to soak up the sun or enjoy a swim away from the crowds.
